41% Pinot Gris, 22% Gewurztraminer, 37% Riesling. 

An assemblage of grapes from distinct sites throughout the Finger Lakes. This wine was fermented in stages in a single 110 gallon French Oak Puncheon. As each variety reached ripeness it was added to the blend to co-ferment. Only ambient yeasts were used.
